O Alexandre Veríssimo atua em um dos mercados mais disputados e exigentes da atualidade o setor imobiliário de alto padrão em Portugal. A grande dificuldade na venda deste imóvel específico na Aroeira era comercializar uma propriedade que necessita de atualização sem que ela parecesse obsoleta em meio a listagens genéricas de portais imobiliários. O meu desafio neste projeto foi descartar a apresentação comum do mercado e construir um ecossistema visual de conversão que focasse no potencial futuro do imóvel gerando desejo instantâneo e urgência em investidores qualificados.

Neste projeto assumi a engenharia front end e a inteligência de conversão da operação. A partir de uma imersão na estratégia de vendas desenvolvi uma presença digital focada em entregar uma experiência imersiva e orientada a ação unindo uma estética de luxo com ferramentas interativas de antes e depois. O resultado foi uma vitrine premium de alta performance que elevou drasticamente a percepção de valor da propriedade. O Alexandre abandonou a dependência de portais comuns ganhou o peso de um verdadeiro especialista e passou a atrair compradores qualificados prontos para tomar uma decisão impulsionando a velocidade de venda do imóvel.

Alexandre Veríssimo operates in one of the most competitive and demanding markets today the high end real estate sector in Portugal. The great difficulty in selling this specific property in Aroeira was marketing a home that needs updating without it looking obsolete amidst generic listings on real estate portals. My challenge in this project was to discard the common presentation of the market and build a visual conversion ecosystem that focused on the future potential of the property generating instant desire and urgency in qualified investors.

In this project I took over the front end engineering and conversion intelligence of the operation. Based on a deep dive into the sales strategy I developed a digital presence focused on delivering an immersive and action oriented experience combining a luxury aesthetic with interactive before and after tools. The result was a high performance premium showcase that drastically elevated the perceived value of the property. Alexandre abandoned the reliance on common portals gained the weight of a true expert and began attracting qualified buyers ready to make a decision boosting the sales speed of the property.
